The average Outside Sales Representative makes between $85,000 - $115,000 per year. Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Department: Sales Report to: Sales Manager FLSA Classification: Exempt Employment Type: Full-time Date Verified: 04/01/2025 Essential Job Functions: * Follow-up with generated leads from multiple sources. * Prospect, initiate, and qualify self-generated leads. * Accurately bid products for customers while offering the best customer service. * Run office leads given from the dispatch department. * Set, meet and exceed sales targets. * Negotiate contracts in attempt to offer the best possible price for customers. * Serve as a liaison between customers and the corporate office to ensure quality customer communication and expectations. * Develop business relationships with past, current, and potential customers to reach prospective customers. * Resolve customer questions and/or concerns while informing customers on the process of order e.g. install date and finance inquiries. * Adhere to Company standard demonstration. * Attend all required training/development meetings. * Report all appointment results to the Dispatch Department in accordance to Company Policy. * Execute and retain training methods and protocols. * Perform any other assigned duties. Qualifications: * Valid NV driver license. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Reliable vehicle/mode of transportation. * Self-starter. * Detail-oriented. * Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields is desired.
