(Urgently hiring Cantonese, Tagalog, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Spanish,Farsi, Dari & Turkish) Job Summary At InTouch Marketing Call Centers, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to interact with customers on behalf of our contracted clients. We are looking for a representative to join our team, managing a large volume of inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can memorize scripts and adapt them as issues arise during a call. As the voice of our company, the call center representative must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be enthusiastic about helping our clients & driving satisfaction. Responsibilities * Manage 100-150 inbound/outbound calls per day * Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics * Provide a consultative approach, overcome objections and create value to clients * Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile * Develop sales strategies and techniques to aid in conversion rate yield and monthly goals * Frequently attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level for new & upcoming projects * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets * Complete Comprehensive Initial Training Period to become familiarized with our projects & systems Required Skills and qualifications * Previous experience in a customer support role * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types * Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively * High school degree or higher InTouch Medical Marketing uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new employees, regardless of citizenship status.
