Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives are crucial to the success of our business. We are looking for reps who want to grow with us and help build out our CSR department. With us, you are not a number; everything you do has immediate impact. Are you someone who can learn multiple platforms quickly, resolve problems with accuracy, and enjoys the research and discovery of product information necessary to our customers? This position is 40 hours per week, requires weekends, and is onsite at our headquarters in Henderson, NV. Responsibilities: * Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Research solutions by accessing all resources to find the answer * Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas * Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents * Communicate with management, team members, and other teams regarding problems and solutions. * Have the ability and willingness to handle any other tasks as assigned.
