Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Manager to lead our used vehicle department. As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire used car operation, ensuring that our inventory meets market demands while maximizing profitability. Responsibilities * Manage daily operations of the used car department, including inventory control and sales strategies. * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote used vehicle sales. * Train and mentor sales staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement practices. * Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about trends and competitor activities. * Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Collaborate with finance and insurance departments to facilitate smooth transactions for customers. * Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market. * Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and legal regulations related to vehicle sales.
