Experienced Leasing Agent - Full-Time (Semi-Flexible Schedule) Location: Rensselaer & Schenectady Counties Pay: $21.50/hour + Monthly Commission We're looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team and help us manage a diverse, multi-community portfolio in Rensselaer County! What We Offer: * $21.50/hour starting rate * Monthly commission * Full & Part-time schedule with flexibility * Supportive team and positive work environment Schedule Requirements: * Must be available for either one weekend day or two evenings per week * Will travel between various communities weekly Who You Are: * You have previous leasing experience (required) * You're customer-service focused, with excellent communication skills * You're very organized, motivated, and a true team player * You can confidently tour, follow up, and close the deal Job Duties: * Show and lease apartments to prospective residents * Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely, professional manner * Conduct follow-ups and maintain prospect tracking * Thoroughly screen prospective residents * Be experienced and comfortable with Microsoft 365 and Property Management Software Apply today!
