Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented, full-time, temp to hire Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property leasing processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Leasing Agent will play a key role in ensuring tenant satisfaction while effectively promoting our properties. This is a potential direct hire opportunity for the ideal candidate. Duties : * Process leads, applications, leases, and renewals for rental units in the database * Present applicants to owners for approval * Schedule and perform showings, inspections, and sign / lockbox pickup for rental units Seek and convert rental property owners to management contract clients Convert incoming owner leads to management contract clients * Increase base pool of rental units over time * File evictions as needed and represent Management Company in court * Security deposit disposition processing each month * Any other associated tasks necessary for the position Skills * Must be licensed real estate agent in Louisiana in active status * Must have real estate leasing or real estate sales experience * Must present oneself in a professional, modest, kind, and confident * Computer competent * Ability to work in fast-paced work environment * Ability to shift priorities throughout the day as things come up * Problem solver * Outgoing personality * Quick learner * Self-motivated * Must work well with a team * Good communicator * Organized * High School diploma Join our team as a Leasing Agent and contribute to creating positive living experiences for our tenants while advancing your career in property management!
