The Retail Sales Representative will be someone who is customer centric and outgoing when working with our customers within a retail environment. Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities: * Work with customers within a retail environment assisting them in their product selection and service needs from our AT&T clients * Develop expertise in product offerings to effectively educate customers, address their needs, and confidently overcome questions they may have. * Engage with customers daily, ensuring a professional, respectful, and positive experience at all times. Keep the working area clean and organized. * Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate and successful completion of every transaction. * Identify opportunities to upsell products and services that align with customer needs and preferences. * Document all customer interactions to provide accurate updates to clients and ensure seamless follow-up. * Collaborate with fellow Retail Sales Representatives on shift, offering support and assistance when needed. Retail Sales Representative Qualifications: * Experience in a customer service, sales, or retail role prior is a bonus * Strong passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service. * Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations. * Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. * Must have reliable transportation and a vehicle to travel to retail locations when necessary * Ability to work shifts (AM / PM) * Clear communication is a plus for this position * Understand on how to navigate an Ipad * Quick to connect with customers and understand the sales process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month Shift: * Day shift Work Location: On the road
