Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
• Social Media Experience Peferred!
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
