Overview Are you an experianced Real Estate Agent in the Raleigh-Durham market looking to close more DEALS? If so we are seeking experienced real estate agents who are excellent communicators and strong negotators to help with our EXCESS of LEADS. We are one of a select few ELITE real estate teams in the Triangle who is partnered with Zillow to service thier high intent buyers. This role does requires a active, NON-PROVISIONAL NC real estate license. If you are highly MOTIVATED and want more opportunities, than we want to hear from you! Duties * Assist clients in buying and selling while ensuring a smooth transaction process. * Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and trends. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings. * Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing files, and responding to inquiries. * Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and real estate laws throughout all transactions. * Foster strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and addressing their needs promptly. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Excellent negotiation abilities to secure the best deals for clients. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
