We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area in Somerville, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through proactive sales activities.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and targets
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Hotel sales or similar, preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales databases
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
