In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with both the President and Vice President , operating as an individual contributor with a direct line to leadership. • Proactively develop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin, local businesses
• Expand and retain existing client relationships, growing market share and driving profitability
• Build proposals, pricing models, and customized service solutions to meet client needs
• Meet and exceed defined sales metrics and targets

What You Bring

:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry or a service-related B2B/outside sales role
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and provide consultative support to clients
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Understanding of local market trends and competitive landscape
