In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with both the President and Vice President , operating as an individual contributor with a direct line to leadership. What You 'll Do: * Proactively develop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin, local businesses * Expand and retain existing client relationships, growing market share and driving profitability * Build proposals, pricing models, and customized service solutions to meet client needs * Meet and exceed defined sales metrics and targets What You Bring: * 2+ years of proven sales experience in the staffing industry or a service-related B2B/outside sales role * Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and provide consultative support to clients * Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills * Excellent communication and presentation abilities * Understanding of local market trends and competitive landscape * Willingness to travel within a 75-100-mile radius and be based in our Indianapolis branch Why Join Us?
