The Brenkus Team is looking for a driven, phone-friendly, and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone who's excited to be on the front lines--handling incoming leads, scheduling appointments, and following up to keep the sales pipeline flowing. Compensation and Benefits: * $70,000+ expected first-year earnings (base + commission/bonus structure) * Paid time off and holidays * Benefits stipend * Ongoing training and growth opportunities * Work with a top-ranked team with a proven track record in real estate Compensation: $70,000+ on target earnings Responsibilities: * Engage with leads via phone, text, and email to qualify and schedule appointments for our agents * Follow up consistently with warm leads to keep them engaged and moving through the pipeline * Support real estate agents by coordinating listings, showings, and buyer consultations * Maintain and organize CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking and timely follow-ups * Generate and compile performance reports for leadership and sales teams * Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for new clients * Assist with various admin tasks related to listings and transactions as needed Qualifications: * Confident and comfortable on the phone --you're not afraid to pick up and follow up * Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills * Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once * Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, KW Command, or similar) * Passion for sales, real estate, or both! * Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic * Prior real estate or inside sales experience is a plus * Real estate license is a plus , but not required About Company The Brenkus Team is a top-producing real estate team based in Las Vegas, backed by the powerhouse of Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace.
