About us Moss & Company is looking for experienced and real go-getters for Leasing Agent roles to join our dynamic team of property management professionals. Our positions are located in several areas in Los Angeles/Granada Hills. We are looking for dynamic energetic individuals that enjoy working and being part of the property management world. We are an exciting company to be part of as we are growing tremendously. We have properties all over the greater Los Angeles Area and we are looking to expand. Qualifications: * Must have at least 2 years of experience in the field that you are applying for * Lease ups * Vacancy rehabs * Turnovers Section * Experience in serving notices, eviction process, rent collection * Excellent customer service * Knowledge of Fair Housing * A team player * Good leadership skills, * Excellent organizational skills * Yardi knowledge is a plus * Lease up experience required for new construction properties * Bilingual preferred Locations: Granada Hills, San Fernando Valley Includes commission program/structure during lease up period.
