Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Director to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing facilities, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and staff alike. Duties * Manage all aspects of community operations, including administrative tasks and office management. * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction. * Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly and effectively. * Implement and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. * Utilize software such as OneSite and Yardi for managing resident files, payments, and lease agreements. * Develop and execute community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner. * Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure the community is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Experience * Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. * Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential. * Familiarity with CMMS, OneSite, Yardi, or similar property management software is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Previous experience in administrative roles within an office setting is advantageous.
