PA Pain and Rehab is always looking for qualified individuals to join our team. We are a growing multi-specialty practice that incorporates chiropractic, rehabilitation, and pain management. Our goal is to provide our patients with a professional and caring environment to promote recovery and healing from their injuries. This individual will be intimately involved in the current and future strategies of the company and will be poised for rapid professional progression. Company Overview: PA Pain & Rehab (PAPR) has been operating for over 20 years and has 6 medical facilities located in the Philadelphia metro area specializing in Physical Rehabilitation. Position Overview: We are searching for an energetic and dynamic professional who thinks differently and has a creative and aggressive approach to developing new business. This individual will be intimately involved in the current and future strategies of the company and will be poised for rapid professional progression. In addition to Business Development, the ideal candidate will also have professional knowledge of Marketing including the use of Website/Social Media strategies and tactics. Experience in marketing and/or networking with attorneys and paralegals is a big plus. Key Responsibilities: * Identify potential new clients as well as increasing the value of our existing clients. * Arranging meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective, existing, and former clients. * Attending networking events as well as organizing company-sponsored events. * Researching organizations and individuals to uncover new opportunities. * Establishing relationships and networking with industry professionals and influencers. * Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts. * Presenting services that would appeal to new and existing clients. * Contributing to social media content. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. * Experience in sales, marketing, or related field. * Healthcare and/or Law Firm marketing experience is a plus but not required. * Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and timely follow-up. * Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Must have a high level of creativity. * Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
