Position Overview: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our specialized staffing solutions for skilled trades. You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions that help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR representatives, and executives. * Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide consultative sales presentations. * Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and high client satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software. * Stay informed about trends in skilled trades industries and workforce staffing needs.
