Overview
: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting our specialized staffing solutions for skilled trades. You will act as a trusted advisor to businesses, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored staffing solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR representatives, and executives.
- Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide consultative sales presentations.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements and high client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Stay informed about trends in skilled trades industries and workforce staffing needs.
Qualifications
:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, skilled trades, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for helping businesses succeed by providing exceptional staffing solutions.
