As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll work with homeowners, builders, and contractors to match premium specialty construction products with their project goals. This is a consultative, hands-on sales role--not a retail environment. You 'll be responsible for: * Conducting in-person and phone consultations and showroom appointments * Performing on-site assessments (including attics and crawlspaces) to confirm product compatibility * Delivering in-home product demos and guiding clients through design decisions * Generating and nurturing B2B leads, including contractors, architects, and property managers * Using CRM tools to manage follow-ups and build long-term client relationships * Preparing detailed quotes, project estimates, and closing deals with confidence You 're a Fit If You Have: * 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in construction, home services, remodeling, or field-based technical products * Comfort with jobsite walkthroughs, attics, crawlspaces, and working in varied residential environments * 1+ year experience handling outbound phone sales or client follow-ups * Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and database tracking * A strong mix of technical knowledge and customer-facing confidence * High attention to detail, a solutions-oriented mindset, and solid organizational habits * A valid driver's license and clean driving record Not a Good Fit For: This role isn't ideal for candidates seeking a purely desk-based or retail environment.
