If so, we want you to join us as a Leasing Professional at one of our two outstanding communities in Lower Paxton Township (Harrisburg, PA) or Hampden Township (Enola). What You 'll Do As a Leasing Professional, you'll:

• Build Relationships : Connect with potential residents, conduct engaging property tours, and promote our community's unique features.
• Drive Marketing Efforts : Collaborate with your team to find new, exciting ways to showcase our property and attract residents.
• Deliver Outstanding Service : Assist with the application and move-in process, handle resident inquiries, and manage lease renewals.
• Collaborate with Management : Partner with the property manager to ensure a seamless resident experience from start to finish. What We 're Looking For We're searching for a team member who has:
• Ambition : A desire to learn and advance within the property management industry.
• Sales & Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and close sales in person and over the phone.
• Outstanding Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication abilities to work effectively with residents and staff.
• Experience : Prior background in leasing, sales, or hospitality.
• Flexibility : Willingness to work weekends as needed and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality. 1 plus years' experience preferred.
• Yardi experience a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
