Responsibilities
: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-related field - Strong negotiation and account management skills - Demonstrated ability to drive business development and generate new leads - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage customer relationships - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting our products or services to meet those needs. Your ability to negotiate contracts, analyze market trends, and provide exceptional customer service will be critical to your success in this role.
