Sales Associate - In-Person Sales | Louisville, KY Are you energized by face-to-face interactions and passionate about helping people find what they need? We're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Louisville, KY , where you'll play a hands-on role in creating a welcoming and helpful in-store experience for every customer who walks through our doors. As part of our team, you'll be on the front lines of a fast-paced grocery environment--greeting shoppers, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales through genuine, one-on-one conversations. • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist with their shopping needs.
• Use in-person sales techniques to recommend products and increase purchases.
• Stay up-to-date on store layout, promotions, and featured items to better guide customers.
• Accurately handle payments and cash register operations.
• Keep shelves stocked and merchandise organized for a clean, appealing store layout.
• Use basic retail math to help with inventory tracking and restocking.
• Answer questions in person and occasionally over the phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Work closely with your team to meet daily sales goals and maintain a positive store environment. What We 're Looking For
• A people-first attitude and strong communication skills for face-to-face customer service.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Comfort with upselling and helping customers discover new or featured products.
• Basic math ability for managing transactions and stock.
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy retail setting.
