Immediate position available for a Leasing Agent to work at our luxury apartment community in Vestavia Hills. The successful candidate will be a professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to comprehend and complete legal documents in addition to marketing and explaining apartment features and answer questions pertaining to the property's operations. Proficiency in internet, property management software systems, Yardi, Microsoft office, social media avenues for advertising and strong customer service skills. Prior leasing/marketing experience is preferred. Must be able to work weekdays and alternate weekends as well as holidays as needed. Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week
