Re:Dish is addressing the issue of single use waste by providing the opportunity to reuse food service packaging. The company is building a network of enterprise-scale washing facilities to respond to the growing need - in a more sustainably conscious world - for these reverse logistics solutions. These washing centers use customized machinery, off-the-shelf hardware and purpose-built software to achieve a scalable model for return logistics to replace single use disposables. Facilities are now operational in NYC, Philadelphia and Boston. Business Development Associate The Business Development team at Re:Dish is responsible for growing the business within Business and Industry, K-12 and University schools, Sports and Entertainment Venues, and Healthcare, as well as expanding users in existing accounts. We are recruiting a Business Development Associate who is passionate about sustainability, committed to learning and perfecting sales skills, and contributing to the success of Re:Dish's mission. You will partner closely with the CEO and take your sales career to the next level.
What You Will Do
:
- Leverage lead campaigns including cold calling, email, and social media to qualify high quality B2B prospects.
- Map prospects to identify key decision makers and influencers for sales process and capture in CRM
- Learn to articulate our business value proposition to communicate to new prospects
- Manage lead transition and follow up activity that ensures a positive outcome for the client and business development team
- Use Pipedrive (CRM) and other sales tools, build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging, proposals and sharing results.
- Develop and manage an accurate sales pipeline via phone, email communications and meetings.
- Assist the Customer Success team during the new customer onboarding process- from sales handover to customer training and set up, ensuring new customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Re:Dish, industry trends, and competition.
Requirements
:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Experience in some type of lead generation capacity and proficiency in a CRM is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills with a positive, concise style
- Hard work ethic, positive, and coachable
- Excited to build a long-term sales and customer-facing career
- Self-motivated, driven, humble and love to learn and to win!
- Location: Fully Remote must live within Philadelphia area Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
