Apply now to learn more about the team! * Job Description * Lead Generation, including in person sales for your respective channel. Your channel will be pre-determined through the interview and on-boarding process. * Close business based on pre-determined and an agreed upon quota. Closed business is defined as a signed contract. * Ensure an out quarter pipeline is sustained to support the agreed upon quota. * Cultivate relationships within your channel and the restoration service industry as a whole. * Actively network and participate in networking events. * Answer all client questions and coach them through the claims process. * Ability to ensure a smooth transition between all divisions. * Ensure complete customer satisfaction. * Qualifications * Understanding of the sales process and selling a service. * Knowledge of the insurance industry and insurance claims process. * General knowledge of the construction industry. * A go-getter mentality. * Perfect time management skills. * Self accountability. * Comfortable with computers and technology including major software packages. * Additional Information * Competitive salary, commission and bonus plan. * Paid time off and paid holidays. * Comprehensive healthcare plan. * Retirement program with company match.
