Responsibilities include: * Facilitating follow-up on internet leads by calling, texting, and emailing a customer in a timely manner, including videos * Inbound & Outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicle inquiries * Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information * Scheduling appointments for the Sales and Service Department * Accurately gathering, entering, and utilizing customer data within a specified computer program.
