Responsibilities

include:

• Facilitating follow-up on internet leads by calling, texting, and emailing a customer in a timely manner, including videos
• Inbound & Outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicle inquiries
• Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information
• Scheduling appointments for the Sales and Service Department
• Accurately gathering, entering, and utilizing customer data within a specified computer program.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in their Ability on the Phone & Texting
