Key Responsibilities: Entry Level Telecommunications Account Manager * Assist customers directly by providing detailed product and service information, alongside any sales transactions. * Support the sales support team with order processing and tracking weekly. * Handle customer inquiries about telecom-related services, ensuring timely responses. * Maintain and update customer records about service usage, payments, and other sales-related metrics. * Work closely with the Telecommunications Account Manager teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. * Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs. * Prepare sales reports and assist in forecasting customer demand. * Provide insights and feedback to sales support managers to improve customer service processes. Qualifications & Skills: Entry Level Telecommunications Account Manager * 1-2 years of previous experience in an Entry Level Telecommunications Account Manager or customer service role is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with customers. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally. * A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
