Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a deep understanding of property management practices. This role requires excellent communication abilities, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in property management software.

Duties

• Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee property maintenance, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of property operations, including lease agreements, tenant information, and maintenance requests using CMMS and Yardi systems.
• Handle data entry related to tenant applications, lease renewals, and financial transactions.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to property management, including LIHTC guidelines.
• Prepare reports on property performance metrics for upper management review.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is required.
• Strong legal administrative skills with knowledge of relevant laws governing property management.
• Proficiency in data entry and customer relationship management systems.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills for effective tenant interactions.
• Familiarity with Appfolio software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
