Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of Residential & Commercial construction projects to businesses and individuals. Your expertise in sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients will be crucial in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for upselling products and services. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Skills * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction field * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
