Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our Diamond inventory to Jewelry stores, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for selling Diamonds to Jewelry stores. We are a Diamond wholesaler, passionate about changing lives through a great product. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule meetings. * Utilize a CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable software solutions. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. * Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or related fields is preferred. * Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on lead generation. * Familiarity with a CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
