Account Manager/Inside Sales Representative $55,000 - $60,000 Base + Competitive Commission Structure Permanent Opportunity Monday-Friday 8:00am 5:00pm Grove City, Ohio (onsite) What the position offers: * Competitive salary and commission structure * Opportunities for career growth and development * A collaborative and supportive team environment * 401(k) * Health, Dental & Vision insurance * Paid time off What youll be doing: * Build relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and address any concerns * Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products or services and communicate features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers; this will be achieved by working closely with our estimating team to quickly and effectively generate quotes to be reviewed with customers * Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and product demos to prospective clients; some on a rare occasion could require outside sales visits * Update and manage the CRM system to ensure all sales activities, prospects, and follow-up actions are tracked accurately * Work closely with marketing, customer support, and other sales team members to share insights, collaborate on strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction * Provide regular sales forecasts and reports for management highlighting key metrics and performance trends Who were looking for: * Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing role * High school diploma required * Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred * Strong communication skills * Ability to handle objections and close sales * Problem solving mentality INDPRO
