[please apply online] Licensed Agents: * I am looking to 4-6 fully licensed agents. * Some deal experience preferred but open to new agents as well. * Agents may earn additional income as a showing agent for Broker/Owner. Show homes, attend inspections and closing for Broker/Owner on an as needed and pay per event basis. * I am looking a small number agents who who take care of our customers, build a brand and are looking for an opportunity to build their business. * This is an opportunity to grow and learn from an industry leader. Agents will be 1099. Leads may be provided, competitive splits, a tech stack built in (Website, FUB & Brokermint), TC & LC provided, and most listing expenses (signage, ELB, photography and measurements all included in you package. * No other fees! * 1 on 1 coaching and training at no additional cost from industry veteran and BIC of the Carolina Region of major firm. * I will be primarily be serving the Chapel Hill/Pittsboro area so I am looking for agents who serve Durham, Apex, Cary, Raleigh, Clayton, Wake Forest.
