THE POSITION Our friendly and enthusiastic team creates fun and surprise as they interact with guests to deliver the ultimate guest experience. As Caf Associate (Part-time Seasonal), you will: * Provide exceptional guest service in support of caf operations * Ensure that guests have the best caf and shopping experience ever * Engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience * Deliver food products in a timely fashion while maintaining health standards * Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment Qualifications: * Comfortable handling food products while exceeding customer expectations * Open to completing the ServSafe Food Handling certification course * Able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers and able to effectively communicate menu features * Previous food handling or cafe experience a plus * Previous retail, cash-handling, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is also a plus * Must be able to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, early evenings, and holidays to support the needs of the business * Naturally enjoy interacting with people of all ages * Be welcoming, positive, engaging, and friendly towards our customers, team members, and venue staff Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
