Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Duties * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products. * Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for B2B sales initiatives. * Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. * Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Skills * Proven experience in technical sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients. * Experience in lead generation techniques and strategies. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Familiarity with B2B sales processes and best practices is a plus.
