Potential to move into the in-home sales side of the business after gaining experience in the industry. Responsibilities o Participate in ongoing training, focusing on team building and mentorship. o Become an expert in renewable energy and their benefits for homeowners as well as an expert in communication. o Communicate face to face with customers and generate interest in solar. o 5-7 hour work days in the field. 5 days a week. o Help families save money through our consumer-focused sales practice. o Be professional and courteous while educating homeowners. o Represent Sunwise Energy and its brand with integrity Please Note: This is not a remote position Job Type: Full-time Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
