Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. You will play a vital part in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Provide product information and demonstrations to enhance customer understanding. - Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise. - Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. - Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. - Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service -Excellent Work Ethic -Excellent Time Management and Punctuality - Perform basic math calculations for sales transactions

Requirements

This job requires employees to lift up to 50+ lbs. The employee will be required to run a register, answer phones, schedule grooming appointments, clean and maintain the store floor, clean and maintain a self-serve wash, laundry, and stocking items on the store floor.
