Looking for a RHINO!! Rhino Shield of LAS VEGAS, NV is looking for a long term and dependable sales rep. As a sales estimator, will be responsible to meet with new customers in person at their home or office and explain and sell a specialty exterior painting/coating for their homes and commercial buildings. Job would mostly consist of 2-3 confirmed appts a day and up to 6 days a week. No cold calls or telemarketing. Appts will be within 2 hours of Las Vegas but most appts are within 60 minutes. We are looking for someone to grow with the company with potential to move up to a manager position. Sales rep will be trained by us to measure houses, explain the process, write up contracts, etc. Must have sales experience. Home Improvement experience a plus. Pay is strictly commission based with bonus eligibility based on sales numbers. No cap on earning potential. Our average job sale is about $15,000 -$20,000 and most experienced salespeople around the country close at 30-40%. Must have your own reliable car and valid driver's license. Specific

Responsibilities

:

• No painting experience necessary
• Be 5 minutes early
• Meet with customers in their homes and offices
• Follow up by phone, email and text until you hear yes or no. Job

• Strong verbal communication skills- you will talk face to face with customers in their homes and businesses.
• Detail oriented- you will have daily interaction with measurements and other numbers
• Ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and personality- you will be selling a high end service to affluent customers.
