Full-time Leasing Agent Cass Hill Development ([please apply online] provides rental, leasing, and management services to entities in upstate New York. Cass Hill develops, constructs, owns, and manages a growing portfolio of apartments and commercial space in the region. Job Description: The Leasing Agent, under the direction of the Regional Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: * Greeting prospective residents and providing them with property tours * Process lease applications and qualifying residents * Coordinate with the property manager to place online ads * Provide high quality customer service to residents and prospective residents * Generate and schedule Work Orders * Accurately prepare all lease-related documents * Consistent and timely follow-up on all calls, emails, and site visits The Ideal Candidate will have: * Experience in multi-family property management preferred * Prior leasing & lease-up experience preferred * Strong communication & marketing skills * Professional and positive attitude * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook * Yardi experience preferred * Must be able to work weekends Compensation: from $19.00 to $22.00/hour based on experience.
