As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, we are looking for someone to work in our retail environment and connect with customers to provide them with telecommunications services. The Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative will be able to reach a broad diverse audience and expand our customer base while setting them up with new Frontier services. As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers creating a welcoming and engaging retail environment. The Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative will assist customers through excellent service, product knowledge, and sales orders. Responsibilities

of a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative:

• Greet all customers in the retail stores with a positive attitude, providing warm and friendly demeanor to assist them
• Train with our team to have an understanding of product and service knowledge to offer sales and customer support
• Demonstrate thorough product presentations and active listening skills to offer recommendations that are tailored to the customer's specific needs
• Keep retail setting neat and clean at all times for customers to visually see the products available

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in a retail environment, preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in a fast paced environment
• Greet and assist customers with finding products and recommendations
• Positive, outgoing personality to engage with customers
• Demonstrate understanding of technical sales and order processing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,563.24 - $4,291.21 per month Shift:
• Day shift
