Full description of the position

Penmac Staffing is recruiting a detail-oriented and driven Leasing Agent to work for a local property management company.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, give tours, and answer questions
• Manage applications, leases, move-ins, and renewals
• Keep track of available apartments and market trends
• Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, online ads, etc.)
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure apartments are ready to show
• Handle resident requests and record maintenance issues

Qualifications

Experience: 1 year in leasing, sales, or customer service Skills: Strong communication, basic math for rent calculations, and sales ability Tech: Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office Knowledge: Fair Housing Laws preferred Other: Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation Software skills required- Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook Experience/education - HSD and 1 year of leasing or customer service experience Pay: $16-$18 Schedule/hours- Full-time; some overnight traveling required for training and/or conferences Click to Apply!
