Join our growing team and be a part of projects that make a lasting impact in communities. JOB OVERVIEW : This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Representative at Athletic Fields of America. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our brand, design and installation services to potential clients in the designated region, managing client relationships, attending industry events, and achieving sales targets. The general role will be seeking projects involving sports construction with a focus on synthetic turf. The targeted markets will be in Southern New Jersey and Eastern PA. THIS IS A REGIONAL POSITION. IT WILL COVER OUR SOUTHERN SHORE REGION - INCLUDING DELAWARE, BURLINGTON, GLOUCESTER, CAMDEN, SALEM, ATLANTIC, CUMBERLAND, AND CAPE MAY COUNTIES. APPLICANTS MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE LOCATIONS LISTED. OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO THE HOME OFFICE IN MORRIS PLAINS, NJ. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with K-12 public and private schools, colleges, parks and recreation departments for various municipalities, county and other potential clients in the sports construction market. * Promote company design and installation services and solutions to prospective customers within the assigned region. * Identify new leads and opportunities in both public and private sectors, especially in educational and sports facility markets. * Conduct presentations and sales pitches to groups, decision-makers, and stakeholders. * Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and local meetings to promote brand awareness. * Maintain and update customer information and activity in the company CRM. * Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and pricing discussions. * Collaborate with estimating and project management teams to ensure smooth project transitions. * Achieve sales goals and performance metrics as determined by management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Responsible, mature self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and team spirit. * Experience in public or private educational or sports sales is highly beneficial. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to both small groups and large audiences. * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. * Knowledge of the sports field or construction industry is a plus. * Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong time management and organizational skills. * Positive attitude, competitive spirit and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
