Overview
: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for Sales and Technical Support roles to join our team in the Fire Protection Systems/Fire Alarm and Metal Door Departments. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Participate in strategic sales planning and align with the Head of Sales & Marketing to set and meet sales goals.
- Manage an existing portfolio of customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Technical, Dispatch, Warehouse) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect payments and follow up on receivables, coordinating closely with the Accounts Department.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Engage in regular face-to-face meetings with customers to foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Qualifications
& Experience:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection or metal door industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong knowledge of the sales process, and sales best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and convey technical product information effectively.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and within a team.
- Any degree is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
