Job Overview: Best Deal Autogroup is looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. As a key player in our Business Development Center (BDC), you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and driving sales opportunities. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to connect with potential customers. * Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership. * Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and past customers to generate new sales opportunities. * Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads. * Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Stay informed on automotive trends and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with clients. Qualifications: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to engage with diverse clientele. * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a BDC role is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working with CRM software and digital communication tools. * A proactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.
