Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating interest in our services, and setting appointments for our service Technician. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills. Your ability to engage customers through outbound calling and warm leads. And thru actual visits to the Hair Salons and barber shops will be crucial in driving business development efforts. Responsibility * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. And receive inbound calls from our customers. Also will be engaged in secretarial duties. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. * Schedule appointments for the Service Technician, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to follow-up. * Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and client interactions in our software system. * Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and customer needs. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage in warm calling strategies to follow up with leads generated from marketing efforts. * Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying potential markets and opportunities. Qualifications Hair Salon Sales or Hair care Salon products sales reps encouraged to apply. Cosmetologist encouraged to apply. * Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of technology sales and business development principles. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking calls and managing client information. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment. * Previous experience in customer service is a plus. * A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets.
