Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our properties, assisting potential tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate practices, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features.
• Assist in the preparation of leasing documents and ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including LIHTC regulations.
• Utilize OneSite software for managing tenant applications, lease agreements, and property management tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with current residents regarding property maintenance requests and community events.
• Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
• Provide administrative support by managing office tasks, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues and upkeep of the property.
• Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings to effectively market properties. Experience
• Previous experience in real estate administration or legal administrative roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or CMMS is a plus.
• Strong office skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of property maintenance processes is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
