In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers and sellers--your job is to engage, qualify, and schedule appointments for our real estate professionals. If you're motivated, confident on the phone, and looking for a growth-focused environment, this is the opportunity for you. * Compensation: * $70,000+ Expected Yearly Earnings * Bonus potential * PTO and paid holidays * Stipend benefits * Growth Potential Compensation: $70,000+ on target earnings Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to warm and cold real estate leads * Introduce potential clients to The Brenkus Team's services and build initial rapport * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our agents * Use our CRM to track conversations, follow-ups, and lead status * Meet and exceed daily call and conversion goals * Stay informed about local market trends and team updates Qualifications: * Excellent verbal communication and listening skills * A strong phone presence and willingness to make high-volume outbound calls * Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset * Highly organized and consistent with follow-up and task management * Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems preferred * Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service is a plus * Real estate knowledge or license is a bonus, but not required About Company The Brenkus Team is a top-producing real estate team based in Las Vegas, backed by the powerhouse of Keller Williams Realty The Marketplace.
