We're looking for passionate and experienced sales associates who share our love for fine jewelry and customer service. Job Responsibilities: * Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and needs. * Provide detailed product knowledge and educate customers about different types of jewelry, gemstones, and metals. * Create a welcoming, comfortable, and engaging shopping environment. * Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets. * Maintain and organize jewelry displays, ensuring the store remains tidy and visually appealing. * Handle cash register transactions, process sales, and maintain accurate records. * Provide excellent after-sales service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or jewelry environment. * A strong passion for jewelry and an interest in keeping up with the latest trends and styles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. * Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
