Pure Barre is the national leader in barre fitness with more than 500+ franchise locations in the United States and abroad. We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Philadelphia seeking a Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients daily to create a supportive and meaningful community! POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the Sales Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmated customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred. This position is a part-time position that requires weekday and weekend availability.

Duties

:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual's goals and needs
• Meet and/or exceed personal and studio sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
• Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
• Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Conduct all other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

:

• Fitness sales or relevant sales experience is preferred
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
• An affinity and passion for fitness
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Authorization to work in the United States required Job Type: Part-time
