We're a battle-tested Real Estate Investment Firm looking for a motivated Acquisition specialist in the residential Real Estate market to join our team! Our company has extensive experience with purchasing more than 2,000 distressed properties and selling more than 2,000 renovated houses in the last 10 years. We don't play around -- we're scaling fast and looking for a motivated and experienced Acquisition Specialist who's ready to grow with a powerhouse team. Our Acquisition Specialist focus is to hunt, prepare and close deals using their experience and knowledge of the local real estate market combined with our resources including purchasing power, established wholesale relationships, knowledge of the MLS, a track record of success, and other acquisition sources to attain off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory. Base salary with high bonuses and commission based on performance!! We have multiple options to grow together. It is a full-time job Job Requirements: * Full-time Real estate experience of minimum 2 years * High-level Analytical skills - Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends * Communications - ability to build and maintain new relationships, understand marketing, and have exceptional interpersonal communication skills. * Excellent verbal and written negotiation skills * Experience in Negotiating contracts and purchase prices. * Competitive and self-driven * Persuasive, organized, and detail-oriented. * Ability to learn fast - adaptable and responsive to changes * MLS knowledge is a must. * Experience in the Phoenix real estate market is a must * Spanish is a plus Acquisitions Specialist Responsibilities: * Hunting down deals : MLS, wholesalers, cold leads, direct-to-seller marketing -- wherever the value is hiding. * Negotiating like a pro : Talk to sellers, build rapport, and get contracts signed. * Analyzing like a boss : Run comps, understand ARVs, repair costs, and make smart offers. * Following up with precision : Stay sharp with CRM, track every lead, and never miss a shot. * Staying in the know : Keep your finger on the pulse of the LV market and adapt fast. * Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed. * Represent the firm on purchases - negotiate, send offers and process the purchase and ensure a smooth and successful transaction. * Prepare financial and legal documents, investment reports, and paperwork for the benefit of the deal.
