Sales Managers needed. Location: Des Plaines, Illinois Volume Cars Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves managing sales staff, strategizing to increase sales, and maintaining high standard of performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and performance targets. * Recruit and onboard new sales personnel, providing ongoing coaching and development Sales Strategy and Execution * Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets * Monitor sales metrics, & analyze performance data. Customer Service Excellence * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards * Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Training and Development * Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve staff performance Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
