Job description We are seeking dynamic and empathic customer engagement and care connector lead to drive meaningful connections with our customers and lead a high- performing team of care connectors. In this role you will champion the customer service experience, ensuring every interaction is compassionate and impactful. You will provide leadership and empower the team to go above and beyond to shape an environment of trust, loyalty, accountability and effectiveness. Sales Leader Responsibilities A Sales Leader Key responsible includes but are not limited to customer engagements, coaching and development, day to day operations, inventory control and administrative duties.
